I WONDER - How Do Snakes Smell?

Snakes use their tongues to smell their environment. They stick their tongues out to gather scent particles, which are then transferred to the Jacobson's or vomeronasal organ located at the roof of their mouth. This organ helps them process the smells collected by their tongues.
