Cristian Elior Solís, a probable owner of a mine in northern Mexico, was captured following an accident that trapped 10 miners. The mine was allegedly operated illegally, and two more suspects are sought. The accident occurred when water from a nearby complex flooded the mine. Despite efforts, the trapped miners remain unrecovered. The government proposed a rescue plan, accepted by the miners' families, which will take 6 to 11 months.
