The video covers the farewell ceremony of the Viracocha 3, a reed boat, by Bolivia's president Evo Morales. The boat, designed by Phil Book, aims to demonstrate ancient migration between continents. It will travel 18,500 kilometers from Arica, Chile, to Australia, carrying a message of peace. The boat is made from reeds from Lake Titicaca, and this is the third such expedition by Book, with previous journeys reaching Easter Island.
