CLEAN : S.Sudan leaders must strike deal for sake of nation: EU

The EU has proposed an increase in humanitarian funding for the South Sudan crisis by $54 million, with $38 million allocated for internal humanitarian response and $16 million for South Sudanese refugees in the region. Despite this, the funding is insufficient to meet all needs. The EU, alongside the UN, plans to seek additional support in June. The commitment is to aid the people of South Sudan and urge political leaders to find a compromise solution to the crisis.
