Fires Rage In Northern California, Forcing Evacuations

Thousands have been evacuated as authorities closed roads due to multiple fires. The largest, the lava fire, has burned nearly 20,000 acres and is 27% contained. Nearby, the tenant and salt fires have burned a combined 13,000 acres. Crews face challenges from high winds, dry conditions, and record-breaking temperatures.
