VOICED : Al menos 18 personas murieron en fuerte sismo en Italia

A 6.2 magnitude earthquake struck central Italy early Wednesday, causing at least 18 deaths and trapping people under debris in several small towns. The epicenter was near Norcia, Umbria, 150 km from Rome. The quake was felt in Rome and Venice, with Amatrice, Acumuli, and Arcuata de Tronto being the hardest hit. Many roads to mountain villages are blocked. Aftershocks continued, including a 5.3 magnitude tremor felt in Rome. Seven years ago, a 6.3 magnitude quake in L'Aquila resulted in 300 deaths.
