VOICED : Ofensiva de autodefensas en Mexico

In Michoacán, armed groups are determined to eliminate organized crime. The federal government plans to take control and urges these groups to cease their offensive against the local cartel, Los Caballeros Templarios. These autodefensas emerged in 2013 due to the authorities' failure to protect citizens. The government now offers them a role in the police, but they refuse to disarm, fearing vulnerability to narcotraffickers.
