VOICED : Tormenta Lisa se degrada a depresión tropical en su paso por México

Tropical Storm Lisa was downgraded to a tropical depression after entering Mexico. It initially made landfall in Belize as a Category 1 hurricane, causing flooding and power outages. The Belizean government declared a state of emergency in two districts and imposed a curfew. In Guatemala, Lisa's rains led to flooding and landslides, prompting evacuations. The U.S. National Hurricane Center reported that Lisa would continue to weaken as it moved through southwestern Mexico, bringing rain to Tabasco, Chiapas, and Veracruz.
