What is Fitness?

Physical fitness involves various factors like cardiovascular health, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Three main indicators of fitness are BMI, resting heart rate, and blood pressure. BMI measures weight relative to height but doesn't differentiate between fat and muscle. Resting heart rate is lower in fitter individuals, and blood pressure indicates heart strain. Fitness can be improved through a balanced diet and regular exercise, which also releases endorphins, reducing disease risk and maintaining mental health. Aerobic exercises are particularly beneficial, but rest is crucial to avoid exhaustion.
