VOICED : Opositores bloquean calles de Caracas en rechazo a Maduro

Protesters in Caracas blocked streets to oppose President Nicolás Maduro's Constituent Assembly. Among them was violinist Willy Arteaga, a symbol of the opposition protests that have resulted in 96 deaths since April 1. The roadblocks were not organized by the opposition coalition Mesa de la Unidad Democrática, which instead called for a 24-hour civic strike on Thursday. An audio circulated on social media allegedly from fugitive police pilot Oscar Pérez, accused of attacking the Supreme Court from a helicopter, calling for an indefinite national protest, a call he had previously made during a surprise appearance at an opposition march.
