Catherine of Aragon banished from court

In 1533, Thomas Cranmer, the Archbishop of Canterbury, declared the marriage to King Henry nullified, leading to a divorce. The speaker is now recognized as the Dowager Princess of Wales. Despite being summoned by church dignitaries, the speaker refused to appear, resulting in the marriage being declared void. Consequently, the speaker was banished to Kimbolton Castle. Despite these events, the speaker refuses to acknowledge Henry as the Supreme Head of the Church of England, maintaining that in God's eyes, the marriage still stands.
