Half of Puerto Rico without power as Hurricane Ernesto approaches Bermuda

A category one storm with 85 mph winds is approaching Bermuda and has caused significant flooding and power outages in Puerto Rico. Over 325,000 residents are without power. The storm is expected to stay off the US East Coast, but dangerous rip currents are a concern for beachgoers.
