VOICED : Ouvidor 63 una comuna creativa en el corazon de Sao Paulo

Ovidor 63, once an abandoned building in Sao Paulo, has been transformed into a vibrant cultural and artistic community by a group of artists. The building houses over 100 artists who live and work there with no housing costs. The community operates collectively, making decisions through weekly assemblies. Entry requires sponsorship by an existing tenant and a creative project. A women's space was established to support feminist initiatives. Despite its success, the building faces potential auction by the government, but continues to enrich the community with cultural events.
