VOICED : Postergan en Brasil formacion de comision sobre impeachment

Eduardo Cunha, the President of Brazil's Chamber of Deputies, postponed the formation of a special commission to study the impeachment request against President Dilma Rousseff. Cunha denied any attempt to hinder the Ethics Council's work, despite the overlap of their sessions. The opposition accused Cunha of manipulating rules to delay the commission's formation. Once established, the commission will decide whether to proceed with the impeachment process.
