Trapped miners still alive, many days after cave-In

On January 10th, an explosion in a gold mine near Chisha City, China, trapped 22 miners underground. After seven days of drilling, rescuers heard signs of life and established communication with the survivors. A note revealed the location of 12 survivors, four of whom were injured, and requested urgent rescue due to water and injuries. The fate of the other 10 miners remained unknown.
