China and Russia researching atmosphere altering technology

China and Russia are conducting experiments in the Earth's ionosphere to manipulate communication signals. The ionosphere, a layer of the Earth's atmosphere, can bounce radio waves over long distances. A Russian facility, Sura, injected electrons into the sky, affecting radio waves. A Chinese satellite, Zong Hong One, collected data from these experiments. In June, five experiments were conducted, resulting in an electric spike with increased subatomic particles.
