VOICED : Costa Rica sufre nuevo ataque de piratas informáticos

A recent cyber attack targeted Costa Rica's social security servers, but the databases remained secure. The attack occurred around 2 AM, and the systems quickly detected and responded by shutting down critical systems. Authorities confirmed ransomware was used, but the attackers' identity remains uncertain. The Costa Rican government suspects the Russian group Conti, linked to previous attacks since April. In total, 27 public entities have been affected this year, with the Ministry of Finance being the most impacted, as its platforms are still offline.
