Nephrons

The video explains how nephrons in the kidneys filter blood and produce urine. Each nephron has a glomerulus that filters blood, and a tubule that reabsorbs nutrients and water. Unabsorbed waste is excreted as urine. Animals in desert environments, like camels, have long tubules to maximize water reabsorption, reducing urine output.
