Flight-Tracking Community Is Keeping Eyes On Russian Oligarchs

A University of Central Florida student created a bot to track Russian oligarchs' aircraft using the ADSB system. This system collects data from aircraft to help air traffic controllers and is used by flight tracking communities to monitor flights. These communities rely on volunteers to provide data, enhancing accuracy. The goal is to expand tracking to low-density areas globally, especially in Africa and the Middle East.
