In the 1980s, Princeton University conducted a large-scale experiment to test if humans could influence machines with their minds. Led by Doctor Robert John, the study involved two and a half million trials over 12 years. The results suggested a minor effect, but it was not statistically significant. Despite the large sample size, the findings were not considered significant by the scientific community. Other universities replicated the study on a smaller scale and found no significant results, highlighting that a larger sample size does not necessarily imply greater significance.
