Julius Caesar 4.2 Scene Summary

Brutus and Cassius argue over the use of bribes, but reconcile after a heated exchange. A poet interrupts their meeting, urging friendship. Brutus learns of his wife Portia's suicide and receives troubling news from Rome. Despite the bad news, Brutus and Cassius decide to march to Philippi to confront Antony and Octavius. As Brutus prepares for battle, he encounters the ghost of Caesar, who warns him of their next meeting at Philippi.
