Hospital Workers' Vaccine Mandate Lawsuit Dismissed

A group of 117 employees from a Houston hospital filed a lawsuit against the hospital's vaccine mandate, which was dismissed by a judge. The judge ruled that the mandate did not violate federal laws. Most of the hospital's 26,000 employees complied, but about 200 were suspended without pay for non-compliance. The group's lawyer plans to appeal the decision.
