California residents on edge as high surf and flooding threats persist on Christmas Eve

A powerful surf in CA led to the partial collapse of a Wharf, the longest fully wooden Wharf in the Western Hemisphere. During the incident, two engineers and a project manager were inspecting the structure to assess necessary repairs. Fortunately, all three individuals were rescued without any injuries.
