Celebrating 25 Years of the GLOBE Program

The Globe program engages students and the public in hands-on science, allowing them to contribute to a global database. Lieutenant Natasha Hope credits her experience with Globe for inspiring her science career. The program spans elementary to undergraduate levels, providing access to NASA experts and encouraging citizen science through the Globe Observer app. Launched in 1995, Globe is supported by NASA and other organizations, with participation from 125 countries. Students are encouraged to join Globe for its empowering opportunities and global community.
