Street Elite programme is helping disadvantaged young people into employment and education

The Berkeley Group is helping young people from challenging backgrounds find employment through a nine-month program that uses sports to engage them. Supported by Ian Wright, the initiative aims to steer youth away from crime and towards productive careers. The program highlights the importance of mentorship and rehabilitation, offering opportunities in construction and site management. Despite high youth unemployment rates in the UK, the program provides hope and direction for many young people.
