VOICED : Decenas de detenidos tras incidentes en Armenia

The Armenian police detained dozens in Yerevan following violent clashes over the government's handling of a police station hostage situation. Protesters threw stones at police, who responded with tear gas and stun grenades. At least 51 people were injured, including 25 police officers. The crisis began when armed men linked to an imprisoned opposition figure stormed the building, killing one officer and injuring two others. Two hostages were released on the first day, and two more the next. The captors, who seized a large police arsenal, called for public support for their demands, including the resignation of President Serg Sargsyan.
