VOICED: Polish seniors kick up their heels

The Barborka Group, a unique troupe of senior dancers from a village in southern Poland, has gained fame for their passion for ballet and diverse dance styles. Despite their age, these women, some of whom are grandmothers, have embraced dance as a joyful pursuit. They started performing for fun and have since been invited to perform on television. Their repertoire includes classics like Swan Lake and modern styles like Bollywood dance. The town hall supports their classes, but they fund their costumes themselves. Their story is one of passion, perseverance, and joy in later life.
