Atlanta Police Officer Who Fatally Shot Rayshard Brooks Is Reinstated

A man involved in a fast food parking lot incident last year has been reinstated to the police force after the city's Civil Service Board ruled his firing violated due process rights. The officer, Garrett Rolf, faces murder and aggravated assault charges for the death of Ray Shard Brooks. Although not indicted, Rolf's lawyer argues the use of deadly force was justified. Currently, the officer is on administrative leave.
