Kellogg Co to Permanently Replace Striking Workers

Kellogg's employees have rejected a contract proposal offering 3% annual raises, choosing to remain on strike. The BCTGM Union reported that a majority of workers voted against the five-year offer. Negotiations between the Union and Kellogg's have been at a standstill for over a year, with no further talks scheduled. Workers have been striking since October 5th at plants in Michigan, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. Kellogg's plans to permanently replace the striking workers, with strong interest in the new roles and no plans to meet with the Union.
