CLEAN: High-tech limb helps boy learns to walk

Harvey Perry, a 4-year-old, is the youngest child to use sporty prosthetic limbs after losing his legs to meningitis. His parents raised funds to get help from a New York prosthetic designer. The challenge is that children grow quickly, requiring frequent adjustments to the prosthetics. Harvey enjoys new experiences and his mother dreams of him becoming a Paralympic champion.
