VOICED : Casi record de chefs mexicanos

In Mexico City, over 2,000 culinary professionals gathered to celebrate Mexican gastronomy and attempt to break a world record for the largest number of chefs in one place. Despite falling short by about 500 participants, the event was festive and aimed to support Mexican cuisine, recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage. The gathering highlighted the cultural significance of Mexican food, one of the world's oldest cuisines alongside Indian and Chinese.
