Carmelo Flores Laura, a 123-year-old man from Frasquía, Bolivia, is considered the oldest man in the world. Living in poverty, he survives on a diet of Andean cereals and spring water. Despite his age, he recalls historical events and battles. The local government plans to register him in the Guinness records, but this will not alter his simple lifestyle.
