VOICED : Fed up Tunisians go online to fight trash, rudeness

Since the 2011 revolution that ousted dictator Ben Ali, Tunisia has faced deteriorating public services and rampant incivility. Frustrated by local authorities' inaction, Tunisians have initiated various civilian projects, including the mobile app Plan 125, which allows users to report local problems. This app was developed to help authorities identify and address infrastructure and environmental issues. The initiatives have gained support from municipalities and have already led to positive changes, such as the removal of illegal street occupations. Tunisians hope for broader implementation of these solutions.
