VOICED : Guaido califica de inverosimil nuevas negociaciones con Maduro

Juan Guaidó has ruled out further negotiations with Nicolás Maduro's government after previous talks mediated by Norway failed. This decision follows Luis Parra's self-proclamation as president of the Parliament, supported by the chavismo, in a session from which Guaidó and his allies were barred. Despite this, Guaidó was reaffirmed as parliamentary leader by 100 deputies. Guaidó, who declared himself interim president of Venezuela in January 2019, seeks to regain public support after large-scale protests in early 2019, which he has struggled to replicate recently.
