A hidden camera video by a Venezuelan youth showed Topin engaging in sexual acts in a car. The youth, who worked at a church, was offered money for sexual favors. Additional WhatsApp conversations revealed more potential misconduct involving other priests and a Nicaraguan minor. Earlier this year, a popular priest was charged with covering up a crime at a hotel where he frequently rented rooms for alleged orgies.
