Bosnian peace efforts

President Clinton is under pressure to address the situation in Bosnia but is hesitant to endorse the existing plan, fearing it may disadvantage Bosnian Muslims. Lord Owen, a co-author of the plan, believes there is a shift in American attitudes, suggesting the plan can be modified. Despite ongoing conflict in Bosnia and heated discussions in New York, there is little progress, with the Serbs unwilling to compromise on land issues.
