Tempe, AZ, Faces Lawsuit From Black Man Held At Gunpoint By Officer

A Black hotel employee was held at gunpoint by a white officer while searching for a suspect. The incident, captured on body camera, shows the officer detaining the employee for several minutes, claiming he matched the suspect's description. Civil rights attorney Ben Crump is representing the employee. The Tempe police have placed the officer on administrative assignment pending an internal investigation.
