Japan Issues Warrants For Ghosn, Men Suspected Of Helping Him Escape

Carlos Cone, a chairman, and three Americans are accused of smuggling him out of Japan. Tokyo prosecutors issued warrants for Michael Taylor, Peter Taylor, and George Antoine Zack, who allegedly helped Cone hide in cargo to board a private jet to Lebanon. Cone was initially arrested for underreporting his income by over $44 million. Despite multiple charges of financial misconduct, his arrest in Lebanon is unlikely due to the lack of an extradition agreement with Japan.
