Bloomberg: Giuliani Facing Campaign Finance Investigation

Federal prosecutors are investigating Rudy Giuliani for potential campaign finance violations and failure to register as a foreign agent. The investigation may also explore possible bribery of foreign officials. Two associates of Giuliani, Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, were arrested for allegedly funneling foreign money into U.S. elections. Both have pleaded not guilty.
