In northern Thailand, elephants enjoy a peaceful life while playing a crucial role in producing a unique coffee. After consuming coffee beans, the elephants' digestive process enhances the beans' flavor by removing bitterness. This exclusive coffee, with notes of chocolate and spice, is produced in collaboration with local mahouts, providing them with income. The coffee is currently available in luxury hotels in Asia and will soon be sold in Europe. The high price of $66 for 35 grams reflects its exclusivity and supports the elephants' welfare.
