President Trump's private lawyer is set to be arraigned on campaign finance charges. Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, Soviet-born and naturalized American citizens, are scheduled to appear in Manhattan federal court. They were arrested and indicted for allegedly funneling foreign money into US elections. The duo previously connected Giuliani with Ukrainian officials. Although Giuliani referred to them as clients, the indictment does not mention him or connect him to the conspiracy.
