Grand Jury Indicts Suspect In Brooklyn Subway Mass Shooting

Frank James, 62, was indicted by a federal grand jury for a subway attack in Brooklyn. He faces charges of committing a terrorist attack on a mass transportation system and discharging a firearm during a violent crime. If convicted, he could receive a life sentence. The attack wounded 10 people as James used smoke bombs and fired bullets on a train full of commuters. He traveled from Philadelphia to carry out the attack.
