VOICED : Vietnam coloca una comuna en cuarentena a causa de coronavirus COVID-19

Vietnam imposed its first quarantine in Son Loi, near Hanoi, due to coronavirus fears. The virus was brought by a woman returning from Wuhan and spread locally. The community is urged to coexist with the virus, despite challenges like disrupted agriculture. The quarantine will last 20 days.
