VOICED : Guaido sesiona en anfiteatro tras denunciar disparos contra diputados opositores

Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaidó reported armed attacks on opposition parliamentarians as they attempted to reach the Legislative Palace. Following these events, the parliamentary session was relocated to an amphitheater in Atillo, Caracas. Guaidó, recognized as Venezuela's interim president, had called for a session at the Legislative Palace, but Diosdado Cabello, president of the pro-government Constituent Assembly, scheduled a session at the same time and place, claiming to protect the space. The government does not recognize the opposition-majority Parliament, declared in contempt in 2016, and the Constituent Assembly has assumed its powers.
