VOICED : Mas de 140 arrestos en Rusia tras manifestacion opositora

Russian police detained at least 140 people during an opposition protest in Moscow against constitutional reforms allowing President Putin to remain in power until 2036. The protest, involving around a thousand people, was not authorized. The opposition claims the vote was manipulated and opposes the repression of independent journalists. The constitutional reform, validated by nearly 78% of voters, strengthens Putin's powers and allows him two more terms.
