Stage two will allow lower risk workplaces to reopen with adaptations, while stage three will see higher risk environments like gyms and theaters reopening with restrictions. Stage four will end stay-at-home orders once therapeutics are developed. Schools may reopen in a few weeks to start the new school year early.
