VOICED : New lease of life for Ukraine's war-torn mountain observatory

In 2008, a grant was secured for its renovation, but its location is unsuitable for stargazing. Scientists are exploring alternative uses, such as a mythological station or air quality research. The observatory could also boost tourism in the National Park. Renovation is challenging due to the harsh climate and remote location, but these factors may enhance its appeal once restored.
