China has initiated a search within its territory for the missing Malaysian plane, MH370, which disappeared 10 days ago. The Chinese government announced that no Chinese passengers were involved in the disappearance. With 153 Chinese citizens on board, they make up the majority of the missing passengers. Families of the missing have threatened a hunger strike in protest of Malaysia's handling of the crisis. The search has involved over 25 countries, spanning from Thailand to Central Asia and from Indonesia to the southern Indian Ocean. The investigation, now in its eleventh day, has yet to find the Boeing 777, with few and contradictory known elements, making it one of aviation's greatest mysteries.
