VOICED : Sismo de 6,8 sacude Ecuador a un mes de devastador terremoto

A 6.8 magnitude earthquake struck Ecuador, coinciding with the one-month anniversary of a previous devastating quake. The recent tremor caused minor damage and injuries. President Rafael Correa announced on Twitter that it was a strong aftershock centered in Monpiche, Esmeraldas, and warned of future aftershocks. The quake was felt in Quito, other cities, and even in Cali, Colombia. The April earthquake was deemed the worst tragedy since a 1949 quake that killed 6,000 people.
