VOICED : El vino spumante italiano encuentra su cava en una vieja mina

Mauro Camuso, a former miner, combines his passion for wine with his mining background by producing sparkling wine stored underground in a former talc mine near Turin, Italy. The mine, now an ecomuseum, offers ideal conditions for wine storage with constant temperature and high humidity. The wine is produced using the same method as champagne, and the project helps preserve the mining tradition. Initial results are promising, but it will take time to assess the impact of the unique storage conditions.
